1. Service
AgentGrid by Huppy provides online workspace access for AI coding workflows. Customers use automation credits to run repository analysis, issue planning, test planning, review checklists, and release-reporting workflows.
2. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans include workspace access and a monthly allocation of automation credits. Credits are digital usage units for workflow runs and do not represent work hours, staffing, or project-completion commitments.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide lawful project context and must control access to any repository, issue, or document they use with AgentGrid. Customers must not use the service for malware, phishing, spam, platform bypass, unauthorized access, trading automation, payment services, token sales, or investment activity.
4. Workflow outputs
Workflow outputs may include summaries, plans, checklists, reports, and other generated artifacts. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs, deciding whether to implement suggestions, and validating changes in their own systems.
5. Payments
Payment may be required for subscription access, credit packs, or other digital product features. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Taxes, card fees, and currency conversion may be handled by the payment provider.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. In general, unused digital credits and recent subscription access requests are reviewed under the published policy.
7. No token or investment claims
AgentGrid does not sell tokens, securities, staking products, investment returns, payment services, or financial services. Any future token concept would require separate legal review and is not part of this SaaS product.
